This Highland golf course outside Aviemore is a perfect venue for a Stag or Hen golf match. Set beside the River Spey the course offers magnificent views of the Cairngorms with four of the five highest mountains in Britain being visible. Whilst a relatively short golf course it is not all that easy. Holes range from the 111 yards to the 209 yard 5th hole which rises away from the river to an elevated green. The course is superbly maintained particularly the greens which could grace a much higher profile course. There are a few 'inviting' water hazards on the course which surround a trout fishery where osprey can often be seen looking for a meal.
