What Makes Dundee A Good Place For A Hen Weekend

Yes I know that when planning a hen weekend, Dundee is not the most obvious choice, but Dundee is a city on the rise and its great location means that as well as being able to enjoy the Dundee nightlife and the fun things during the day. You ladies can also get to many other close by places such as Perth and Kirkcaldy if you want. In all you will have one hell of a wild hen weekend if you come here!

If you want to go on a nice walk then Dundee is really under rated. There are a ton of great places that the tourists love to go such as Camperdown Park and The Dundee Botanic Garden. These two places are just a small example of some of the more picturesque areas that Dundee has to offer.

Eating & Shopping In Dundee

If you want a really high class and up market type of meal then I recommend the amazing Italian, Bellini. This is the kind of place you come to when you want your main hen weekend meal in a really classy establishment. If you want a quick bite to eat then, Dundee does have a number of little cafes and fast food places in the heart of the city.

Dundee as far as it shopping goes is pretty amazing if I am honest. Here you have a really nice high street that has a few little shopping malls with some fun and more kooky kind of stores. There are also a few shopping centres in Dundee such as The OverGate Shopping Centre and the Wellgate Shopping Centre.

Getting To Dundee

Dundee is in a pretty prime location where if you want to drive you can get on the A92 and find your way here very easily. But the train if you ask me is the way to go. What seems like a never ending line of trains from Edinburgh pull in here all day!

Now this is fun! Here you ladies will get to put your driving skills (or lack of) to the test as you get all geared up and try to win the trophy at the end of your grand prix. This is just so much fun and you will all be having a great time, but I am sure even though this day of go karting is all about having fun. There will be a few of you who will get really competitive. The track is really cool and its actually not that hard to drive around so even the less skilled drivers will be able to make their way around the track.
