For a great rafting experience on your Stag or Hen weekend it is hard to beat the River Spey or the River Findhorn both reasonably close to Aviemore. Both rivers are accessible all year round with Spring and perhaps Autumn providing the biggest thrills but you know what after heavy rain all the rivers are scary! Not only will your knuckles change colour but your underpants might as well!
