Changing group numbers up to 6 weeks prior to your itinerary date is straightford. Give the team a call on 0131 603 4860 to increase or reduce your numbers.

Additional accommodation is subject to availability, but we undertake to do our best on your behalf

A reduction in numbers may incur a single room supplement, but you will be advised of that at the time of change

Activities

Changing numbers is normally ok up to 6 weeks beforehand. Bear in mind that some activities have a minimum number to be viable and it would be at the suppliers discretion whether the event will run with reduced numbers. Likewise other activities have maximum numbers but in theory everything is possible

4 to 6 weeks beforehand

Between 4 and 6 weeks, numbers changing gets more difficult and we cannot guarantee that it will always be possible- but we always try hard on your behalf

Less than 4 weeks to go

Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the itineray date. At that point a reduction in numbers is not normally possible. Increasing numbers is subject to availability. Again the sooner you contact us , the easier it becomes. Call us on 0131 603 4860
