We have a whole lot of activities for groups which are tailored to encourage cooperation and competitive spirit while retaining the aspect of fun, that is what has to prevail at the end of the activity. It is important that the participants, apart from participating in the tests, are spectators and animator of their own colleagues and have a fun time seeing their fellow colleagues perform in the tests.
On arrival at the beach, a presentation is shown explaining the activity tests using a blackboard and some photos. Then it is distributed to the group so that each team has a command in each test competing against other commands.
