It starts with everyone embarrassed, especially the more senior members of the team and then as you all start concentrating on getting your feet and hands to do what they are supposed to do, when and where, it gets to be great fun.

We have a choice of different dance styles depending on what you want to do, but although this is about a skill, it has lots of serious ideas behind it: instilling confidence, getting people comfortable with themselves and how they can express themselves, breaking down barriers and helping people remember the physical. Let's face it: we all spend way to much time sitting down.
